I wanted to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for the outstanding efforts you have invested in organizing the recent induction program.  I found the experience to be truly enlightening, enriching and educational, particularly in the areas of health and salary matters.

Mr Flik Chen, General Manager has set the tone perfectly with his concise and impactful opening address, making it clear from the outset that this was not just a routine overview of a course module, but a valuable opportunity for us to refresh our understanding of government policies and initiatives vis-a-vis the security industry.

This event showcased Apro’s confidence in their industry standing by inviting two agencies, Chang & Chang and Dragnet, to present their company profiles, benefits and incentives.

Both agencies seized the opportunity to market themselves effectively. Dragnet impressed me with their clear and concise company philosophy and compensation packages, despite initial technical issues. They were mindful of the time allocated and graciously made way for Chang & Chang, inviting us to continue our queries with them later in the next room.  Chang & Chang’s animated marketing team member presented their employment philosophy in a light-hearted and humorous yet earnest manner, leveraging the extra time available to them since there were no other agency waiting to present after them.

Overall, the morning was well-spent, and many of us are now following up with the two agencies based on our personal preferences.
