I would like to give a good comment on your staff, Emily.  She is a patient, helpful and caring staff.  I wanted to apply the security courses and she informed me that i need to apply online for the security licence.

Despite of the step-by-step guide she emailed me, i still encounter problem with the online application.  Emily patiently explained every step and guided me how to complete the online application.

I would like to thank her for her guidance and appreciate her efforts.  Keep it up!
