I would like to compliment the excellent service rendered by Ms Elaine Ma (Sales Executive) on 23 Nov 23 when I enrolled for the Basic Licensing modules.

She was very polite and professional. She took time to explain every step that was executed for the enrollment. Making the process easy and seamless.

Coming from a service line, I believed that good service should be recognized.
