Perform Monitoring and Reporting Duties at Central Command Centre

Perform Monitoring and Reporting Duties at Central Command Centre course prepares learners to take on duties in the central command centre (CCC). The CCC is a designated 24-hour Operations Room managed by an Operations Supervisor. It allows clients’ sites to be managed and coordinated remotely from a centralised location. This is one of the recommended optional module for Senior Security Supervisor (SSS).

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Take over duties
Monitor status of field personnel
Manage situations
Hand over duties

For whom
Security Personnel, Supervisors or Managers with reporting duties, Technical/Maintenance Personnel, Authorized Client Representatives.

Entry Requirements

Secondary education without a GCE O/N Level pass or their equivalent; or
At least 3 ES WPLN Statements of Attainment at Level 3

* Those who do not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to interview before acceptance.

Course Duration and Timings
16 training hours (2 days) 0900hrs to 1800hrs daily
Summative Assessment by POLWEL – 3rd day (2 hours)
*All learners must attain an assessment outcome of ‘Competent’ to complete the course.
